Stephen Gravett- Builder, Developer and Real Estate Innovator.

Stephen Gravett is a 47+ year veteran of the Florida Real Estate scene. He began his career immediately after leaving the Air Force as a bomber pilot in B 52’s in the Vietnam Era. He is both a licensed general contractor -unlimited in the State of Florida (current since 1980) and also holds a Real Estate Broker’s license. Early in his career he developed, managed and sold numerous genre of real estate including retail, industrial/warehouse, rental apartments and various categories of residential real estate (single family detached, town homes and condominiums). For over 12 years Stephen was the CEO and owner of both Kennedy Development Partners LLC and Kennedy Homes LLC. In all Stephen has built sold and closed thousands of homes. He has developed properties around the state and in North Carolina. Calling South Florida his home, he graduated from Fort Lauderdale High School and received a BS degree in management science and finance from Florida Atlantic University (cum laud). Mr. Gravett has been married for 43 years and has 3 children and 7 grandchildren. Currently, and for the past 3 years Mr. Gravett is the operational partner for 5 Star Developers, LLC with Mr. Steven Fischer. Together they recently completed Trevi Isle, a 50-unit Town home project located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. They are working on other projects at this time.
