About Me

I am a 44+ year veteran of the Florida Real Estate development. I began my career in real estate immediately after leaving the Air Force as a bomber pilot in B 52’s. I am both a licensed general contractor -unlimited in the State of Florida (current since 1980) and also hold a Real Estate Broker’s license. In my career I developed, managed and sold numerous genre of real estate including retail, industrial/warehouse, rental apartments and various categories of residential real estate (single family detached, town homes and condominiums).
